Paradise Village 120

Paradise Village 120, known as Mountain View Retreat, sleeps 14 guests in Santa Clara, Utah, which works out to three foursomes under one roof. The closest tee boxes are at Black Desert Resort, about 5 minutes away, and Entrada at Snow Canyon, about 6 minutes. Sunbrook Golf Club, The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 10 minutes from the house, giving a group plenty of variety without long drives.

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, two of them with their own ensuite and one sharing a Jack and Jill bath with the hallway. A queen suite has its own bath, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds also has an attached bathroom. Every bedroom has a smart TV, so players can wind down on their own schedule.

The main floor centers on an open kitchen with a granite island and bar stools, a dining table that seats the group and a living room with a large sectional. Out back, a covered patio holds a gas grill and outdoor dining, and a private hot tub sits along the side yard for easing tired legs after a round. A spiral staircase leads to an upstairs balcony with a fire pit and seating that looks out toward the desert mountains, a good spot for watching the sunset. The garage has a ping pong table, and there is a PS4, board and card games, spikeball and two bikes for the bike paths near the front door.

Staying here includes access to the Paradise Village resort amenities, with community pools, a lazy river, a hot tub and a children's water park with slides.

Beyond golf, the sand dunes in Snow Canyon are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, downtown St. George about 18 minutes and Zion National Park a little over an hour.
