Paradise Village 121

Paradise Village 121, called Fun in the Sun, sleeps up to 19 guests in Santa Clara, Utah, which means four foursomes can share one house. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club, The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 10 minutes. Southgate, Bloomington and Green Spring are all within about 15 to 17 minutes for groups that want to move around.

The five bedrooms and five baths are laid out to fit a big group. Two suites have king beds with ensuite baths, and a queen suite has its own bath as well. One room pairs a full bunk bed with a queen bed and an attached bath, and the bunk room holds a full bunk bed plus a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, using a Jack and Jill bath shared with the hallway. Smart TVs are spread through the home.

The open living room has a long wraparound sectional and a smart TV with soundbar for watching the day's highlights, and an Xbox One is on hand for a friendly tournament. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a granite island and four bar stools, and the dining table seats the whole party. Outside, a covered patio holds a gas grill and dining table, the private hot tub sits under the palms for recovery after 36 holes, and a spiral staircase climbs to a balcony with a fire pit and views toward Snow Canyon at sunrise. The garage holds a ping pong table and three bikes for the paths near the front door.

The Paradise Village resort gives guests access to shared pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, a children's water park, a clubhouse and a fitness room. Gubler Park, with pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, is within walking distance of the resort.

The Snow Canyon sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, downtown St. George about 18 minutes and Zion National Park just over an hour.
