Paradise Village 16

Paradise Village 16 is a 6-bedroom, 5-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 30 guests, which covers seven foursomes, with 23 comfortably in beds and the rest on sofa beds and sleeping pads. Golf is close by: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club, The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 10 minutes out.

Three bedrooms have a king bed with an ensuite bath. Another bedroom has a queen, one has a twin-over-queen bunk, and the bunk room holds two triple twin bunks. Pull-out sofa beds in the living areas and lofts add more space, and eight sleeping pads are stored in the downstairs hall closet for overflow.

The highlight after a round is the private 14-foot swim spa, big enough for about 20 people, next to a patio with a gas fire pit and a private gas grill. A rooftop lounge with its own fire pit looks out over red rock mountains. Indoors there is a private theater room with tiered leather recliners, a pool table, a ping-pong table and an Xbox. The kitchen has a large island, and a long farmhouse table seats the whole crew for dinner.

Guests also share the Paradise Village resort amenities, including community pools, a lazy river, water slides, a hot tub, pickleball and sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, a gym and a clubhouse.

Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each under 10 minutes away, and downtown St. George is roughly 18 minutes by car.
