Paradise Village 18

Paradise Village 18, also called Paradise Pool House, is a six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 30 guests. That is room for seven full foursomes, which makes it one of the easiest ways to keep a big golf group together. Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 5 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 9 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are both about 10 minutes out.

The sleeping plan spreads across three levels. Bedroom 1 on the first floor has a king bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king and Bedroom 4 has a queen, all with their own ensuite bathrooms. The basement holds two bunk rooms: Bedroom 5 with five twin bunk beds and Bedroom 6 with two full-over-full bunks, served by nearby bathrooms. Two queen sofa sleepers in the living room add overflow space.

The backyard is the centerpiece. A year-round heated private pool has a custom waterslide, rock waterfall and lighting effects, with a private hot tub alongside, a large fire pit and a built-in grill on the covered patio. The pool, patio and balcony look out toward Snow Canyon State Park. Downstairs, a theater with a 110-inch screen, surround sound and a big sectional is ready for tournament replays, and the game area adds ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a pool table, a PlayStation 4 and pop-a-shot basketball. Two family rooms each have a 65-inch 4K TV, and a long dining table keeps the whole group at one meal.

Paradise Village resort guests can use the Kid's Cove waterslide park and lazy river, a clubhouse fitness room, and walking, running and biking trails, and the community offers RV and boat parking. Gubler Park next door has sand volleyball, six pickleball courts, basketball and ball fields.

A grocery store and several restaurants are within walking distance, and Snow Canyon State Park is about seven minutes away for a rest-day hike. This is a non-smoking home and animals are not allowed.
