Paradise Village 18*/19 Retreat pairs two side-by-side homes in Santa Clara, Utah: Unit 18, the Paradise Pool House, and Unit 19, the Sunshine House. Together they offer 12 bedrooms and sleep up to 54 guests, room for thirteen foursomes, so a whole golf outing can stay together. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, with Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills each about 10 minutes out.

Unit 18 has king suites in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and a queen in Bedroom 4, all with ensuite baths, plus two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. The basement holds Bedroom 5 with five twin bunks and Bedroom 6 with two twin-over-full bunks. Unit 19 has four king bedrooms, including the master, a room with two full-over-full bunks and a room with five twin-over-twin bunks.

Each home has its own private pool and hot tub. Unit 18 adds a rock grotto with a slide, a fire pit and a theater with a 110-inch screen and surround sound, along with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a pool table, a PlayStation 4 and pop-a-shot basketball. Unit 19 brings a private tennis court, a fireplace, three Xboxes, a Nintendo Switch, a PlayStation, ping pong, a balcony with seating and two washers and dryers. Both kitchens have long dining tables for big group dinners.

Paradise Village guests share the Kid's Cove water park and lazy river, a two-tier heated pool with a water slide, two large hot tubs, a clubhouse fitness room, walking and biking trails and RV and boat parking. Gubler Park, within walking distance, has pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball and baseball fields.
