Paradise Village 19 gives a golf group real room to spread out: 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and space for up to 26 guests, which works out to six foursomes under one roof. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon is about 6 minutes, while Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes from the driveway.

Four bedrooms each have a king bed, including the master bedroom. Bedroom 5 holds two full-over-full bunk beds, and Bedroom 6 is a long bunk room with five twin-over-twin bunks, so the whole crew can sleep on site without anyone drawing the couch.

The backyard is where this home stands out. A private pool and private hot tub sit under a string-lit pergola with loungers, and a fenced private sport court with a basketball hoop and pickleball lines is steps away. The covered patio has an outdoor dining table and grills for post-round cookouts. Inside, the home has three living areas: an upstairs living room with a fireplace, PlayStation and a door to a balcony facing the mountains, and a downstairs game area with four side-by-side TVs, three Xboxes, a Nintendo Switch, a ping pong table and board games. The kitchen has a large granite island, and the dining table seats a big group. Two washer and dryer sets make multi-day trips easy.

Paradise Village residents share resort amenities including a two-tier heated pool with a water slide, a kids' water park and lazy river, two large community hot tubs, a clubhouse fitness room, walking and biking trails, sand volleyball and six pickleball courts. Archie Gubler Park, with ball fields, a splash pad and basketball, is within walking distance of the resort.

The home sits in Santa Clara, Utah, close to Snow Canyon State Park and its red rock trails, with Sand Hollow Reservoir reachable for a non-golf day. The home is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
