Paradise Village 28

Paradise Village 28 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 12, enough room for three foursomes. It sits close to some of the area's best golf: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon is about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes.

The layout keeps things simple for a group. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom also has a king bed, a TV and its own ensuite. The bunk room holds two triple-tier twin bunk beds that sleep six and has a TV. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room adds two more spots, and one bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible shower with a grab bar.

Evenings center on the covered back patio, where a private hot tub sits next to a large outdoor sectional, a stone fire pit and a BBQ grill. Inside, the living room has a stone fireplace, a 70-inch TV with surround sound and a big sectional, and the open kitchen offers a granite island with bar stools and a round dining table. The garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table, and the home stocks two kayaks, a paddleboard, life jackets, pickleball equipment, board games and movies.

Paradise Village residents share a two-tier heated pool with a water slide, the Kids Cove water park and lazy river, two large hot tubs, a clubhouse fitness room, sand volleyball, six pickleball courts, and RV and boat parking. Gubler Park, with ball fields, courts, a playground and a splash pad, is within walking distance.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts is about 9 minutes, and downtown St. George is about 18 minutes by car.
