Paradise Village 31

Paradise Village 31 is a four-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps 11 guests, enough for two foursomes with room to spare. It sits close to some of the area's most talked-about golf: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon is about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are each about 10 minutes out.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath. Three bedrooms have a king bed, and the fourth has a twin-over-full bunk plus a full bed. A queen pullout couch in the upstairs living room adds another sleeping spot, and a queen air mattress is available for overflow. A half bath sits off the front entry.

The home is set up for groups that like to spread out. Two separate living rooms each have a TV, so one crew can watch the tournament while another relaxes. The kitchen has a large granite island with bar seating, and the dining table seats ten. Upstairs, a private balcony with lounge seating and a hammock looks out over the community toward the red cliffs. The garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table, an arcade cabinet and a climbing wall. Out back, a covered patio has an outdoor dining table and a grill, and pickleball rackets, board games and a wagon are provided.

Paradise Village amenities include a lazy river, water slides, a splash pad, a kiddy pool, a hot tub, a playground, walking trails and two heated pools. Gubler Park, within walking distance, adds pickleball, basketball and volleyball.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are both about 8 to 9 minutes away for a day off the course.
