Paradise Village 31/32 Retreat

Paradise Village 31/32 Retreat pairs two neighboring four-bedroom homes in Santa Clara, giving a golf group 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with room for up to 28 guests, or seven foursomes. Tee times are close: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

Home 31 has three king suites with private baths plus a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a full bed, also ensuite. Home 32 mirrors that setup with three king ensuite bedrooms and a bunk room featuring a twin with trundle and a twin-over-full bunk, and its loft adds a queen sofa sleeper. With two houses, the group can split into teams, share meals, and still have private space at the end of a round.

Each home has a large kitchen with an island, a dining table that seats about ten, a covered patio with a grill, and two separate living areas with smart TVs. Upstairs balconies come with a hammock for watching the sun drop behind the desert mountains. The garages double as game spaces with ping pong, and home 32 adds foosball, a two-person arcade loaded with 1,000 games, and an EV charger for Tesla and other electric vehicles. Home 31 includes a climbing wall, board games and pickleball rackets.

Paradise Village gives guests access to a resort-style pool complex: an upper pool heated year round, a lower pool heated mid-February through November, a lazy river, water slides, a kiddy pool, splash pad, hot tub, playground and walking trails. Gubler Park, within walking distance, has pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts plus ball fields.

Off the course, Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each under 10 minutes away, downtown St. George is about 18 minutes, and Zion National Park is roughly 70 minutes by car.
