Paradise Village 32

Paradise Village 32 gives a golf group room to spread out in Santa Clara, Utah. The four-bedroom, four-bath home comfortably sleeps 12 and can take up to 20 guests with three queen air mattresses and a sofa sleeper, which works out to as many as five foursomes. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Three suites have king beds, and the fourth is a bunk room with a twin bed and twin trundle plus a full bunk bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the upstairs loft adds another sleeping spot, and three queen air mattresses are provided for bigger crowds.

The house is built for downtime between rounds. The open kitchen has a long granite island, stainless appliances and a dining table for eight, with a gas grill and covered patio dining out back. Two living areas each have a smart TV, and the upstairs loft opens to a balcony with a hanging chair and views of the desert mountains. The garage doubles as a game room with ping pong, foosball and a two-person arcade loaded with about 1,000 games. There is an EV charger for Tesla and other electric vehicles, plus a children's play area for family trips.

Paradise Village adds resort-style extras within the community: a lazy river, water slides, kiddy pool, splash pad, hot tub, playground and walking trails. The upper pool is heated year round and the lower pool from mid-February to November. Pickleball court access is included, and Gubler Park, with basketball, pickleball, volleyball and picnic areas, is within walking distance.

Off the course, Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are both under ten minutes away, St. George is about 18 minutes, and Zion National Park makes an easy day trip.
