Paradise Village 36

Paradise Village 36 puts a golf group right in the middle of the Paradise Village community in Santa Clara, Utah. The four-bedroom, six-bath home comfortably sleeps 12 and up to 18 with three queen air mattresses, room for as many as four foursomes. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

Every bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. The master has a king bed and a bath with a separate deluxe tub and shower. Two more king rooms each open to a balcony, one a mini balcony, and both have walk-in showers. The bunk room pairs a full-over-full bunk bed with a queen bed, and three queen air mattresses are stored in the front closet.

The kitchen is built for group cooking, with a granite island, gas range and a dining table that seats ten, and a covered back patio adds a grill and a second big table. Inside there is a living room with a gas fireplace and an upstairs loft with a sectional, PS4 and a Pac-Man arcade table. The garage adds ping pong and a basketball arcade game, plus two bikes with helmets and a child bike trailer. Three balconies look out over the green lawn toward the red cliffs, and there is a fire pit for evenings.

The back door opens onto a large green lawn that borders the Paradise Village pools and a twenty-person community hot tub. The water park and pickleball courts are a short walk away. Gubler Park, within walking distance, adds basketball, pickleball, volleyball, a splash pad, baseball fields and picnic areas.

On off days, Snow Canyon and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are just minutes away, and Sand Hollow Reservoir and Zion National Park make good day trips.
