Paradise Village 58

Paradise Village 58, called Sun-Rise, is a modern three-bedroom home in Santa Clara that sleeps up to 12, which fits three foursomes. It puts a golf group close to some of the best tee times in the St. George area: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. Two suites each have a king bed, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds, so four golfers can share it comfortably. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds two more spots, and a powder room serves guests during the day.

The open main floor pairs a family room with a large dining table and a kitchen with granite counters, a gas range and an island with bar seating. Out back, a covered patio has a dining table and a grill, and a private hot tub sits in the side yard for a soak after a round. One king suite opens to a covered balcony with seating, a good spot for coffee as the sun comes up over Snow Canyon. For downtime there are a Wii, a DVD and Blu-ray player and board games, plus a washer and dryer.

As a Paradise Village guest you can use the resort-style pool, Kids Cove water slides, the clubhouse lounge and the fitness room. Walking and biking paths start right outside the front door.

Gubler Park is within walking distance, with pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball, a splash pad and picnic areas. Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir are both within an easy drive when the group wants a day off the course.
