Paradise Village 78

Paradise Village 78 is a four-bedroom home in Santa Clara that sleeps 14, room for three foursomes with space to spare. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, while Sunbrook Golf Club, The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 10 minutes from the driveway.

The upstairs king suite has its own bath and a private balcony facing the red cliffs. A second king room and a queen room share a Jack and Jill bath, and the bunk room has two built-in twin-over-queen bunks with its own bath. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room covers two more guests, and every bedroom has a smart TV.

The main floor is open and made for group meals. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, granite counters, a gas range and a five-seat island, and the dining table seats ten. The living room has leather sofas, a smart TV with Dish cable and a soundbar. Out back, a covered patio has a dining set and grill, and a fire pit sits in the yard for evenings. Arcade games, a game console upstairs and pickleball equipment are also on hand.

The Paradise Village at Zion community adds a resort-style pool, a kids water park with slides, a lazy river, hot tubs, a workout room and a clubhouse with a stone fireplace lounge. Gubler Park, with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, baseball fields and a splash pad, is within walking distance.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away and Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, with downtown St. George about 18 minutes and Zion National Park a little over an hour's drive.
