Bedroom 1 has a king bed and its own bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with an ensuite as well. The bunk room holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds and uses a shared bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin pull-out ottoman add extra sleeping spots, and every bedroom plus the living room has a smart TV.

The home lives on one level with an open great room, a fireplace media console and a kitchen with a large island, gas range and dining table for six. Out back, a covered patio has cushioned seating and a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub looks toward the red mountains, a good place to rest after a round. The garage has an air hockey table, and a washer and dryer are on site. Note that garage parking is not available.

Paradise Village is a full resort community. The home sits directly across the street from the community pool and fitness center, and the lazy river, kids' water slides and splash area are about a five-minute walk. Shared amenities also include a hot tub, kiddy pool, playground, walking trails, an upper pool heated year round and a lower pool heated mid-February through November. Gubler Park, within walking distance, has pickleball, basketball and volleyball.
