Paradise Village 80 is a four-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 14, which comfortably fits three foursomes with room to spare. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath, so no one in the group shares a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, and its ensuite has a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two more king bedrooms each have a smart TV and ensuite, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds with its own ensuite. Two half baths, two queen air mattresses and a cot add flexibility.

The main floor is open, with a leather sectional, a dining table for eight and a kitchen island with bar seating and stainless appliances. Upstairs, a second family room with a sectional and a game table gives the group a place to spread out. The covered upstairs balcony has a fire table and lounge seating with red cliff views, the back patio has a grill and dining set, and the garage holds a ping pong table and bikes.

The home is in the Paradise Village resort community. Shared amenities include a two-tier heated pool with a water slide, a lazy river and Kids Cove water park, two large hot tubs, a clubhouse fitness room, walking and biking trails, sand volleyball and six pickleball courts. Archie Gubler Park, with ball fields, a splash pad and basketball, is next door.
