Paradise Village 84

Paradise Village 84 gives a golf group of up to 10 a comfortable base in Santa Clara, Utah, with room for two full foursomes. Tee times are close by: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes from the driveway.

The home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and every bedroom has its own ensuite. The primary bedroom and the second bedroom each have a king bed, the third bedroom has a queen, and the bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed plus a futon. The three main bedrooms each have a TV.

Downstairs, an open kitchen with a granite island and bar stools opens to a dining table and a living room with leather recliners. Upstairs, a loft with an oversized sectional, TV and air hockey table makes a natural spot to recap the round, and a ping pong table sits in the garage along with board games and an Xbox. The upper balcony has a fire table, wicker seating and string lights facing Red Mountain and the Snow Canyon red rock, and the covered back patio has outdoor dining and a gas BBQ.

The Paradise Village community, which the home calls Sunset Haven, adds a two-tier heated pool with a water slide, the Kid's Cove water park and lazy river, two large community hot tubs, a clubhouse fitness room, six pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and walking and biking trails. The home does not have a private pool or hot tub.

Off the course, Snow Canyon State Park and its hiking and biking trails are nearby, and Archie Gubler Park next door has baseball fields, a splash pad and basketball.
