Paradise Village 86

Paradise Village 86, known as Canyon Ridge, is a private three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 14, enough for three foursomes. Tee times are close: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook and The Ledges about 10 minutes, with Dixie Red Hills about 11 minutes out.

The master suite has a king bed, a 50-inch HD TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second suite also has a king bed, its own bathroom, a 42-inch HD TV and a private balcony with mountain views. The third suite is a bunk room with two double bunk beds that sleep eight, an Xbox One and its own bathroom. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room covers any extra guests. The TVs are HD Samsung sets with no cable service.

The standout for a golf group is the backyard. A private hot tub sits next to a lounge sectional, and a gas fire pit, covered patio dining and a grill make it easy to unwind after a round. Inside, the open kitchen has a long island with bar seating and a dining table for eight, and the garage is set up with a ping pong table. Scooters are also provided.

Guests have access to the Paradise Village community pools and water park, and Gubler Park is within walking distance with basketball, pickleball, volleyball, a splash pad, baseball fields and picnic areas.

The location makes quick work of dinner and downtime. Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park are close by, along with restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
