Paradise Village 94

Paradise Village 94, known as Sunrise Suites, is a seven-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Utah built for big golf groups. It comfortably sleeps 20, enough for five foursomes, and four twin roll-out mats are available for extra guests. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

Six suites have their own ensuite bathrooms. Five of them have a king bed, and the sixth pairs a king with a twin bunk bed. The seventh bedroom holds two twin triple bunk beds. Every bedroom has a smart TV, so golfers can wind down in private.

The backyard is the headline after a round. A private pool with water features sits beside a private hot tub, and a pergola patio with string lights surrounds a fire pit. A covered dining area and grill keep the cooking outside, while inside the fully equipped kitchen has a long island and a dining table that seats twelve. Two living rooms each have a smart TV, Xbox One and Dish, and there is a third Xbox, foosball, board games and a ping pong table in the garage. Bikes and pickleball equipment are provided, and a balcony looks out at sunrise over the desert mountains.

Paradise Village adds a resort-style community pool and water park for downtime. Gubler Park is within walking distance with basketball, pickleball, volleyball, a splash pad, baseball fields and picnic areas, and bike paths start right from the front door.

Between rounds, Snow Canyon is minutes away and Zion National Park and other state parks make good day trips.
