Paradise Village 94/96 Retreat pairs two neighboring homes in Santa Clara into one 14-bedroom, 15-bathroom base that sleeps up to 50 guests, enough for 12 foursomes under one booking. Golf is right around the corner: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, while Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes out.

Each home has seven bedrooms. Home 94 offers five king rooms, a room with a king plus a twin bunk bed, and a bunk room with two twin triple bunks, plus four twin memory foam sleeping pads. Home 96 mirrors that layout with five king rooms (four listed with ensuite baths), a king-and-twin-bunk room, and a bunk room with two twin triple bunks and a full sleeper sofa, along with a queen hideaway bed and a queen air mattress. Every bedroom has its own TV.

The two back patios work as one combined outdoor space. Each home has a private pool and a private covered hot tub, a pergola with string lights, fire tables, a grill, outdoor dining and lounge seating. Inside, both homes have open kitchens with long dining tables, main living rooms and upstairs lofts. Downtime is covered with foosball, ping pong tables in the garages, several Xbox consoles, board games, bikes and pickleball equipment.

Guests also have access to the Paradise Village amenities, including resort pools with a lazy river, a rock waterfall and a water play structure. Gubler Park is within walking distance and has a playground, splash pad, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts, ball fields and picnic areas.

Santa Clara puts the group close to Snow Canyon State Park, Gunlock Falls and shows at Tuacahn Center for the Arts, with Sand Hollow Reservoir also within reach for a non-golf day.
