Paradise Village 96 is a seven-bedroom, 7.5-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 24 guests (22 in beds plus two sleeping pads), enough room for six foursomes under one roof. Golf is close in every direction: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 to 11 minutes from the driveway.

Sleeping is built for a group that wants its own space. Five bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A sixth room holds a king plus a twin bunk bed with its own bath, and the bunk room carries two triple-stacked twin bunks and a full sofa sleeper. Every bedroom has a smart TV, so early risers and late sleepers can keep their own schedules.

The backyard is the headline after a round. A private pool with a light show sits next to a gazebo-covered private hot tub, a pergola lounge with string lights, a stone fire pit and a covered dining patio with a grill. Inside, the large kitchen has an island with bar seating and a long dining table, and there are two living rooms with smart TVs plus an upstairs balcony for sunset. Foosball, a garage ping pong table, Xbox consoles and bikes round out the downtime options.

The home sits in the Paradise Village resort, right next to its water park and a short walk from the community clubhouse and pools. Archie Gubler City Park, with pickleball, sand volleyball and ball fields, is also a short walk away, as are a grocery store and casual dining.

Downtown Santa Clara is about 2 miles away, Snow Canyon State Park about 5 miles and downtown St. George about 7 miles, with Tuacahn Amphitheater close by for an evening show.
