Paradise Village 97, known as the Aloha Retreat, is a six-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 28 guests, room for as many as seven foursomes under one roof. The location is hard to beat for golf: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, while Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes from the driveway.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 6 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 5 has a queen. Another bedroom pairs a queen with a twin bunk, and Bedroom 4 is a large bunk room with twin and twin-over-full bunks plus trundles, a good fit for the younger or more flexible players in the group. Every bedroom has a smart TV.

Shared space is generous. The open kitchen has a long granite island with bar seating and a large dining table sized for a big group. Two living rooms with smart TVs and YouTube TV let the group split up to watch different events, and a foosball table sits in the upstairs loft next to a private balcony. The garage holds a ping pong table and a basketball arcade, while the back patio has a private hot tub, a fire pit lounge and covered dining with a gas grill. A designated workspace helps anyone who needs to check in with the office.

The home is part of the Paradise Village at Zion resort, where guests share a resort-style pool and a water park with slides and a lazy river. Gubler Park, a public park within walking distance, adds pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, baseball fields and picnic areas.
