Paradise Village 99

Paradise Village 99 is a six-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 24 guests, enough room for six foursomes under one roof. Golf is right around the corner: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, while Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are about 10 minutes and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 11 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom and a large smart TV, which keeps mornings moving before an early tee time. The master suite on the main floor has a king bed, a desk, a soaker tub, a walk-in shower and double sinks. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, Bedrooms 3, 5 and 6 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with four twin-over-full bunks and an Xbox Series X. Two half baths round out the layout.

Group time is well covered. The main-floor living room has a Samsung QLED 4K TV with surround sound, and the kitchen is set up for big meals with dining for up to 24. Upstairs, a second game room adds another 4K TV, an Xbox Series X, card tables, a kitchenette and an upper deck with red rock views. Out back, the patio has a private hot tub, a fire pit, a BBQ grill and covered outdoor dining under palm trees. The garage holds a ping pong table, bicycles, pickleball gear and yard games, and extra parking is available for larger groups.

The home is part of the Paradise Village at Zion resort, where guests share a water park with slides, a kids' cove, a lazy river, clubhouse pools with waterfalls, a large community jacuzzi, a fitness room and a clubhouse. Next door, Gubler Park offers public pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts plus paved walking trails.

Snow Canyon State Park is about 7 minutes away, and Tuacahn Center for the Arts is an 8-minute drive for an evening show. Please note that parties are not permitted.
