Paseos 1101 is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10 guests, which makes it a natural fit for two foursomes with room to spare. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course is about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are each about 16 minutes by car.

Every golfer gets a real bed. The main-floor primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite with a two-sink vanity and a dual-head walk-in shower. A second main-floor bedroom has a queen bed with access to the hall bathroom. Upstairs there are two more king bedrooms with smart TVs, plus a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. A spacious loft with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a game table gives the group a second place to hang out.

The backyard is built for evenings after golf. A wide patio holds a long dining table, an outdoor sectional around a gas fire table, bistro seating and a stainless BBQ grill, all looking out over open desert. A private hot tub sits in the side yard. Inside, the open great room connects the living area to a kitchen with a large island, bar stools and stainless appliances, and a dining table beside the patio doors. The garage has two bikes, scooters and yard games.

Paseos residents share a community pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a hot tub, a splash pad and pickleball courts. These are shared amenities; the hot tub in the yard is private to the home.

When you are off the course, Quail Creek Reservoir is about 13 minutes away, downtown St. George is about 13 minutes, Sand Hollow Reservoir is about 20 minutes, and Zion National Park is about 50 minutes.
