Paseos 1121 is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10 guests, a comfortable fit for two foursomes. Tee times are close by: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course is about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 11 minutes. Dixie Red Hills and St. George Golf Club are each about 15 minutes away.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bath featuring a dual-head walk-in shower and two sinks. Bedroom 2, near the entry, has a queen bed and a smart TV with a Jack and Jill bath shared with the hall. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed plus a double twin bunk and its own bath, Bedroom 4 has a king bed with a triple twin bunk, and Bedroom 5 is a king suite with an ensuite bath, just past the loft.

The backyard is built for relaxing after a round, with a private pool lined with loungers, a private hot tub, a gas grill and a covered patio with sofas and an outdoor TV. A small artificial-turf putting green lets golfers work on their stroke at home. The garage opens toward the pool and holds a ping pong table and a TV, and the upstairs loft has an Xbox and a PS4 for downtime. The kitchen has a granite island with four stools, and the dining table seats ten.

Guests also have access to the Paseos resort amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball courts.

Quail Creek Reservoir and downtown St. George are each about 13 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir is about 20 minutes, and Zion National Park is roughly 50 minutes by car.
