Paseos 1121 & 1129 Retreat pairs two neighboring five-bedroom homes in the Paseos community of Washington, Utah, giving a golf group 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and listed sleeping for 20 guests, or five foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 15 minutes.

Paseos 1121 has a downstairs king primary suite with an ensuite that includes a double-headed shower and two sinks, plus a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath. Upstairs are a king room with double twin bunks and an ensuite, a king room with triple twin bunks, and a king suite with its own bath. Paseos 1129 has a downstairs king primary with ensuite and a queen room with a Jack and Jill bath, then upstairs two rooms that each pair a queen bed with a triple twin bunk, and a king suite with ensuite. Two twin sleeping pads and a pull-out sofa add overflow space.

The standout is the backyard at 1121: a private pool, a private hot tub, a putting green, a covered patio with an outdoor TV, and a grill. Its garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table, and the upstairs loft is set up for Xbox gaming, with a PS4 also on hand. Next door, 1129 adds a game-room loft with a foosball table, Xbox Series S, massage chair and bean bags, a stocked kitchen, a patio grill and an EV charger.

Both homes can also use the Paseos community amenities, which include a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball courts.

On a day off the course, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Snow Canyon and Tuacahn are all within a short drive, and Zion National Park is roughly 50 minutes away. Street parking is not allowed in the community, so ask about parking for your group's vehicles.
