On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a second bedroom near the entry has a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill bath. Upstairs, bedroom three has a king bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk with a trundle and its own full bath. Bedroom four has a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk and uses the loft bathroom. Bedroom five has a king bed and a private full bath. Every bedroom has a TV, and the upstairs beds use Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattresses.

The kitchen and living room are bright, with an island for casual meals, a dining table for eight and red mountain views through the windows. Upstairs, a loft with a sectional and a Nintendo Switch gives the group a second place to unwind. The third garage bay is set up as a game area with ping pong, foosball and a basketball arcade. Out back, the covered patio has a dining table and a BBQ grill beside the private hot tub. Guests park in the two-car garage, and the home has an EV charging port and two laundry rooms.

The Paseos community shares a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, seasonal splash pad and pickleball courts, and pickleball equipment is provided.

Snow Canyon State Park, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow reservoirs and Zion National Park are all within easy day-trip range.
