The home has three bedrooms and two baths, all on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a TV. The third room is a bunk room with two triple-tier twin bunk beds and a TV. The second bedroom and the bunk room share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower.

The open great room links the kitchen, dining table and living area. The kitchen has a granite island with bar seating, a gas range and stainless appliances, and the dining table seats eight. The living room has a large sectional, a fireplace and a big TV for watching the day's highlights. The garage holds a private ping pong table. Out back, the private hot tub sits next to a patio with cushioned seating and a BBQ grill, a good spot to unwind after eighteen holes.

Guests also have access to the Paseos resort amenities, including a community pool and hot tub, a lazy river, water slides, a splash pad that is closed until March, and pickleball courts. Street parking is not allowed, so parking rules should be confirmed before booking.

Central St. George is about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes and Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes. Zion National Park is roughly 50 minutes away for a non-golf day.
