Paseos 1213~Bliss is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in Washington, Utah that sleeps 10 guests, which works out to two foursomes with room to spare. Golf is close on every side: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills both about 16 minutes out.

The sleeping plan splits nicely across two floors. On the main level, the master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a large shower, while Bedroom 2 at the front of the house offers a queen sleeper sofa, a desk and a Jack-and-Jill bath. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 holds two queen beds with a private bath, Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two twin-over-full-over-queen bunks, and Bedroom 5 is a second suite with a queen bed and private bath.

After a round, the backyard is the place to unwind. An oversized private hot tub sits in a fenced yard with a covered patio, outdoor dining for eight, lounge seating and a BBQ grill. Inside, the upstairs loft is set up for friendly competition with an air hockey and ping pong combo table, a Nintendo Switch with eight controllers and board games, and there is a quiet reading nook above the stairway. The open kitchen has a long quartz island with bar stools, a gas range and a separate dining table, and LG smart TVs, including OLED models, are found throughout. A two-car garage makes loading golf bags easy; note there is no street parking.

The home sits in the Paseos community in Sienna Hills, where guests share a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a hot tub, a splash pad and lighted pickleball courts. Pickleball paddles are provided at the house.

The neighborhood is a few minutes from I-15, with downtown St. George about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes and Zion National Park about 50 minutes for a rest-day outing.
