Paseos 1249, also known as Red Rock Retreat at Paseos, is a newer five-bedroom, four-bath home in Washington, Utah that is listed for 10 guests, enough room for two foursomes. Golf is minutes away: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes from the driveway, Green Spring Golf Course about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 16 minutes away.

The main floor holds a king bedroom with a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a queen bedroom next to a hall bath. Upstairs are three more rooms: a second king bedroom with its own ensuite, a desk and a smart TV; a double queen room with two queen beds; and a bunk room with one twin bunk and one queen bunk that shares a bathroom with the double queen room.

After a round, the private hot tub in the fenced backyard is the place to unwind. Two covered patios with a Weber grill look out toward the red rock hills, and the kitchen has a large quartz island, a walk-in pantry and a double oven for group dinners. A long dining table seats the whole crew. Beyond the fairways, Quail Creek Reservoir is about 13 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes, and Zion National Park about 50 minutes, with downtown St. George about 13 minutes from the house.
