Paseos 1317~Zion Dream is a 4-bedroom home in Washington, Utah listed for up to 10 guests, a good fit for two foursomes, and it comes with its own backyard putting green. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 8 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills each about 16 minutes out.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. The master bedroom sits on the main floor on its own side of the house with a king bed and sliding doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 2 also has a twin daybed. The bunk room has three sets of bunk beds, which is handy when a group wants to keep the kings for the golfers.

The main level is open, with a TV room, a long dining table and a kitchen with a big island and bar seating. Upstairs there is a second TV room with a sectional. Out back, the covered patio has a fire table and an outdoor TV, the private hot tub sits right beside it, and the artificial-turf putting green lets everyone roll a few putts before or after a round. The home also has a grill, a ping pong table, a Nintendo Switch, fiber internet with WiFi and an EV charger outlet.

Paseos resort amenities are shared and include a pool, a hot tub, a lazy river, a water slide, a splash pad (closed until March) and pickleball courts.

The home sits right off I-15 for quick access around Southern Utah. St. George is about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes, and Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes. Street parking is not allowed.
