Paseos 1342 is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Washington, Utah with room for up to 10 guests, which works for two foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills each about 16 minutes out.

The sleeping layout spreads across two floors. Just off the entry, the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed next to a hall bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV, and the bunk room has a triple full bunk bed, a TV and a Nintendo Switch. The non-master rooms share bathrooms.

The main floor is open, with a sectional living room, a long dining table and a kitchen with a large island, bar stools and a gas range. Out back, the group can unwind in the private hot tub, which has an outdoor TV beside it, or gather around the fire table on the patio while dinner cooks on the grill. There is also a ping pong table in the garage and scooters for getting around the resort.

Paseos resort amenities are shared with other guests and include a pool, a hot tub, a lazy river, a water slide, a splash pad (closed until March) and pickleball courts.

The home has easy freeway access, so St. George is about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes, and Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes. Street parking is not allowed, so plan vehicles for the driveway and garage.
