Paseos 1366, also called the Sage & Stone Retreat, is a five-bedroom home in Washington with a listed capacity of 10 guests, a comfortable fit for two foursomes with room to spare. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are each about 16 minutes out, and quick freeway access keeps St. George and Hurricane close.

Three of the bedrooms have a king bed and an ensuite bath: Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, a twin trundle and a full-over-full bunk, served by a shared bath.

The main floor opens into a bright great room with a large sectional and TV, a white kitchen with a gas range and an island that seats five, and a dining table next to sliding doors to the patio. Upstairs, a loft with a second sectional, TV and bean bags gives the group another place to hang out. The two-car garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table and basketball arcade, and it has an EV charger. Out back, the private hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and covered seating make an easy end to a golf day.

Paseos Resort shares a pool, hot tubs, a lazy river, a water slide, a splash pad and pickleball courts.
