Paseos 1373/1342 Retreat

Paseos 1373/1342 Retreat pairs two homes that sit across the street from each other in the Paseos resort community of Washington, Utah. Together they offer nine bedrooms and eight baths for up to 30 guests, room for seven foursomes, while each foursome still gets some breathing space. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are each about 16 minutes.

Paseos 1373, the larger home, has five bedrooms. Downstairs are Bedroom 1 with a king bed, workspace and ensuite bath, and Bedroom 2 with a queen. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king plus a queen sofa sleeper and ensuite, Bedroom 4 has two queen bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper, and Bedroom 5 has a king and ensuite. Paseos 1342 adds four bedrooms: a king with ensuite, two queen rooms and a triple full bunk room.

Paseos 1373 is the main gathering house. Its backyard has a private pool with a slide and waterfall, a hot tub, a fire pit, a putting green and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. The garage is set up as an arcade with ping pong, foosball, Pac-Man, Xbox and a basketball shoot-out, and it shares space with a home gym. The loft adds pinball, a Nintendo Switch and board games, and there is an EV charger. Paseos 1342 has its own private hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, ping pong and smart TVs in every bedroom.

Through the Paseos HOA, guests can use the resort pool, lazy river, water slide and pickleball courts.
