Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club each about 16 minutes out.

The home sleeps 16 in beds and reaches 20 with its two queen sofa sleepers. Downstairs are a king bedroom with a workspace and a private ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom next to a shared bathroom with a shower and tub. Upstairs are a king bedroom with a queen pullout sofa and a private bathroom, a bunk room with two queen-size bunk beds and a queen pullout sofa that sleeps 10 with a shared bathroom, and a second king bedroom with a private bathroom.

Golfers can work on their putting without leaving home, because the private backyard has its own putting green. It also has a 6-foot-deep pool with a slide and waterfall, a private hot tub, a fire pit, a water feature, an outdoor TV, lounge chairs and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. The garage game room holds an Xbox, ping pong, foosball, Pac-Man and other arcade games, a basketball shoot-out, plus a rowing machine, stationary bike and free weights. The loft adds a pinball machine, a Nintendo Switch and board games, and the great room has an 85-inch TV. An EV charger, a two-car garage, a bike washing station and high-speed internet round it out. There is no street parking.

As part of the Paseos HOA, guests also have access to a community pool, hot tub, lazy river, two-story slide, pickleball courts and a splash pad that is closed until March.
