Paseos 1373 – Paradise at 3 Pools

Paseos 1373, known as Paradise at 3 Pools, is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at Paseos Resort in Washington, Utah. It sleeps 21 guests, enough for five foursomes under one roof. Golf is close by: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with Dixie Red Hills Golf Club and St. George Golf Club each about 16 minutes out.

The main floor has a king primary bedroom with a desk and an ensuite bath with two sinks and dual shower heads, plus a queen bedroom next to a shared bath that opens to the entry. Upstairs are two more king bedrooms, each with a full pullout sofa; one has its own bathroom and the other shares a two-entrance bath with the bunk room. That room holds a triple-tier bunk with queen, full and twin beds and two twin sleeper chairs. The loft and the living room each have a full pullout sofa, and three twin fold-up mattresses are also provided.

The backyard is built for the hours after a round. The private pool is heated in winter, cooled in summer and has swim jets, and the private hot tub comes with an outdoor TV. There is also a tanning ledge and a shallow kids' pool; the upper pool closes from October through the end of March. Add a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge and mini freezer, outdoor mini golf, cornhole and putter ball. Indoors, the game room has a basketball arcade, skeeball, air hockey, a pool table and ping pong, and the home offers Smart TVs with Hulu, Disney Plus, Netflix and ESPN+ plus a Nintendo Switch. The garage is heated and air-conditioned, and an EV charger is available at the home for an additional charge.

Paseos Resort adds a community pool and hot tub, a lazy river, a slide, a splash pad (closed until March) and a pickleball court, with RV parking in the neighborhood. Petroglyphs are right in the neighborhood, and St. George is about 13 minutes away. There is no street parking, the home is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Exterior cameras are disclosed, including one facing the pool area that can be covered during your stay.
