Paseos 1387, known as The Southern Sanctuary, is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10 guests, a good fit for two foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course is about 9 minutes and Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 10 minutes, with St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club each about 16 minutes out.

The sleeping layout gives most golfers a real bed. On the main level are the primary suite with a king bed and a guest suite with a queen. Upstairs are a king guest suite and two bunk suites: one with a king bed plus a queen-over-queen bunk, and one with two queen-over-queen bunks. A pack 'n play is provided.

The standout for golfers is the golf simulator room, set up with a hitting mat, large screen and lounge sectional, plus a fitness area with exercise bikes and a weight bench. Out back, a private pool with an attached hot tub is framed by loungers, a fire pit with curved sectional seating, a covered patio dining table, an outdoor TV and a BBQ. Inside there are two separate living areas, an upstairs loft with an arcade cabinet and games, a Nintendo Switch, smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating. An EV charger and garage parking round it out.

Guests also have access to the Paseos community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball court.

For a non-golf day, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon and Zion National Park are all within an easy drive.
