Paseos 1433 – Simply Zion

Paseos 1433~Simply Zion is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in the Paseos resort community of Washington, Utah, set up for up to 10 guests, or two full foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 5 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, with Dixie Red Hills and St. George Golf Club each about 16 minutes out. Easy freeway access keeps the rest of the St. George area close for rotating rounds.

The sleeping plan starts downstairs with a king master suite that has a smart TV and an ensuite bath with a double-headed shower and two sinks. A queen bedroom sits off the entry with a Jack and Jill bath. Upstairs, one bedroom pairs a king bed with a twin-over-twin bunk, a bunk room holds two full-over-full bunks plus a sofa with its own ensuite, and a queen bedroom past the loft also has an ensuite.

The backyard is built for the evening after golf: a private swim spa, a separate private hot tub, a covered patio with dining for eight and a grill, a fire table lounge, cornhole and a small putting green for practice strokes. Inside, the upstairs loft has foosball and a sectional, the garage adds ping pong and a basketball arcade, and there are seven smart TVs plus a dedicated office with a desk.

Guests also have access to the Paseos resort amenities, including a community pool and hot tub, a lazy river, a water slide, a splash pad and pickleball courts.

Beyond the fairways, Quail Creek Reservoir is about 13 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes, downtown St. George about 13 minutes, and Zion National Park about 50 minutes, so non-golfers have plenty to do while the group plays.
