Skyline 1618, known as The Happy Place, is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome at Skyline Resort in Washington, Utah that sleeps 16, room for four full foursomes. It is built for golfers: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes, and St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes. Southgate, Dixie Red Hills and Copper Rock are all about 17 minutes out.

The standout feature is the garage, converted into a dedicated golf simulator lounge with a 4K simulator and a 14-foot impact screen. The group can play famous courses, settle bets from the day's round or warm up before an early tee time. Bring your own clubs, since clubs are not provided. The whole house carries a playful golf-comedy theme with framed photos and golf art throughout.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath and a TV. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk plus a triple full bunk, five beds in all. The main floor has an open living room with a large curved sectional, a white kitchen with a quartz island and bar seating, a round dining table and a half bath. Upstairs, a loft lounge adds a second place to relax.

Out back, the private yard has a large swim spa, a covered patio with an outdoor TV, a fire table ringed by Adirondack chairs, a covered dining table and an outdoor griddle for breakfast before the round. Note there is no garage parking, since the garage houses the simulator.

Skyline Resort guests share an outdoor pool heated year-round, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes and a park.
