Skyline 1622, called the Desert Glow Getaway, is a newer 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps 16, which works out to four foursomes under one roof. Golf is close: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes. Southgate, Dixie Red Hills and Copper Rock are each about 17 minutes.

No one has to share a bathroom with another bedroom. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have a king bed, an ensuite bath and a TV. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk and a triple full bunk, also with its own ensuite and TV. A half bath on the main floor serves the common areas.

Downstairs, a big curved sectional faces a large wall TV in an open great room that flows into a white kitchen with a quartz island, four bar stools and a gas range, plus a round dining table. Upstairs, a loft lounge with a sofa and TV gives early risers and night owls their own space.
