Skyline 1626, nicknamed Trailhead Terrace, is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in a newer resort community in Washington, Utah. It sleeps 16, so four foursomes can share one house. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes. St. George Golf Club is about 14 minutes, and Southgate, Dixie Red Hills and Copper Rock are each about 17 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath and a smart TV, which makes early tee times easier for a big group. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have a king bed. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk and a triple full bunk, five beds that can take the rest of the crew.

The main floor is open and bright, with a large curved sectional facing a big wall TV, a white kitchen with a quartz island and four bar stools, a round dining table and a half bath. Upstairs, a loft lounge with a sofa and TV gives the group a second place to unwind after the round.

The private backyard is the highlight: a 16x9 swim spa heated year-round, a covered patio with an outdoor TV and dining table, a fire pit table with Adirondack chairs, a grill and a patch of turf lawn. It is an easy spot to recap the day's scores under the pergola.

The community adds an outdoor pool heated year-round, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes, a playground, a pavilion and open lawns. Sand Hollow Reservoir is a short drive away, and Zion National Park is about 40 minutes for a rest-day outing.
