Skyline 1634, marketed as Zion on The Rock at Skyline Resort, is a newer two-story, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 14, room for three full foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes, so most of the area's courses are an easy drive.

All four bedrooms are upstairs and every one has its own ensuite and TV. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds. A loft with a sofa and a large TV gives the group a second place to gather upstairs.

The backyard is the standout. A year-round heated 16-by-9-foot swim spa sits beside a private hot tub, with a lit pergola, a gas fire pit, a grill, a mister system and a covered patio with a dining table and outdoor TV. Downstairs, the open living room has a sectional and swivel chairs facing a large TV, and the white kitchen has a gas range, stainless appliances, an island with four stools and a round dining table for six. Complimentary coffee is provided.

The garage has been set up as a game room rather than parking, with a ping pong table, a basketball arcade, a hanging hoop game, Connect Four, a TV and boogie boards. Note that the garage is not available for parking.

Skyline Resort's shared amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub heated year-round, pickleball courts, ping pong, horseshoes, a basketball court and open grassy park space. Off the course, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek State Park are both a short drive away.
