Skyline 1645, known as Zion Narrows Landing, is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhome in the Skyline Resort community of Washington, Utah. It sleeps up to 14 guests, which works out to three full foursomes under one roof. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 9 minutes, and Green Spring Golf Course is about 11 minutes, with St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes down the road.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 4 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 4 adds a desk area with monitors for anyone who needs to check in with the office. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds. The bunk room holds a triple twin bunk, a twin-over-full bunk, and a twin trundle, plus an Xbox One and a small game table, making it a fun overflow room for younger players or extra guests.

The main floor is open and easy for a group: a large sectional faces a smart TV, the white kitchen has a quartz island with bar stools and a gas range, and a dining table seats six. Out back, the walled patio has a private hot tub, a gas fire pit with wicker seating, an outdoor dining set, and a grill, so the group can unwind after a round. The garage includes an EV charger that works with Tesla and most other electric vehicles, and it is stocked with paddle boards, boogie boards, life jackets, and beach chairs.

Guests have access to the Skyline Resort amenities a short walk away, including a year-round heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes, and a park. Board games and card games are on hand for evenings in.

Beyond the fairways, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek State Park are close by for a morning on the water, and the red rock scenery of Southern Utah surrounds the neighborhood.
