Skyline 1649, marketed as Southern Comfort at Skyline Resort, is a newer four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 12, enough for three full foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes, putting a full week of different courses within easy reach.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite, which makes mornings simple when everyone has the same tee time. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 each have a king bed and a smart TV. The bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds. Upstairs, a loft with a sofa, a TV and a Nintendo Switch offers a second place to unwind.

The main floor is open and bright, with a large sectional and swivel chairs facing a big TV and a white kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, a long island with bar seating and a separate round dining table. Out back, the walled patio has a private hot tub, a fire pit with sectional seating, a covered dining table and an outdoor TV, a good setup for recapping the round under the desert sky. The garage is available for parking, and two pack 'n plays are provided for anyone traveling with little ones.

Skyline Resort adds a community outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, cornhole, ping pong, a pavilion, a playground and two large open lawns, all shared by residents and guests.

Away from golf, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Jellystone Waterpark are a short drive away, along with plenty of red rock trails for a rest day.
