Skyline 1678, also known as Siesta at Skyline Resort, is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 15 guests, enough for three foursomes plus a spare. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away and Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 9 minutes. Green Spring Golf Course is about 11 minutes out and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes, so several tee sheets are within a short drive.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are king suites, a strong setup for golfers who want their own bed. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin XL-over-queen bunk and a full sleeper sofa, and the upstairs loft adds another full sleeper sofa for overflow.

The main floor is bright and open, with a large sectional, a brand-new kitchen with a gas range, island seating and a coffee station, and a dining table with bench seating. The garage doubles as a game room with billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, a poker table and an indoor hoops game. Upstairs, the loft has a Nintendo Wii with four controllers, and the bunk room is stocked with board games.

Out back, the private fenced yard is built for evenings after a round: a private hot tub, a gas fire pit, cozy lounge seating, string lighting, a covered dining area with an outdoor TV, and a BBQ grill. Bucket golf and cornhole can be played on the grass, and two beach bikes with helmets are on hand.

Skyline Resort guests have access to a community swimming pool and pickleball, and the community offers RV parking. Sand Hollow Reservoir, its ATV trails and the surrounding desert scenery are only minutes away for a rest day off the course.
