Skyline 1682, known as the Rock N' Roll Retreat, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the new Skyline Resort community of Washington, Utah. It sleeps up to 17 guests, which fits four foursomes, and it sits close to several of the area's best tee sheets: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 14 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and a half bath on the main floor handles daytime traffic. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, and the bunkroom holds a full-over-full-over-full triple bunk plus a twin-over-twin-over-twin triple bunk. Smart TVs are found throughout the home.

The main floor is an open great room with an oversized leather sectional, a white kitchen with a gas range and island bar seating, and a long dining table with benches for team dinners. Upstairs, a loft lounge is set up with Rock Band and Guitar Hero plus an Xbox. The garage doubles as a game zone with ping pong, cornhole and a basketball arcade, and an EV charger is available for guests. Out back, the private fenced yard has a hot tub, a gas fire table, covered dining, a grill, egg chairs and a hammock, a good place to compare scorecards after a round.

Skyline Resort guests share a year-round heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, horseshoes, ping pong, cornhole, a pavilion, a playground and two large open lawns, all a short walk from the home.
