Skyline 1686, known as Desert Retreat at Skyline Resort, is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 13 guests, enough for three foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, and Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes. St. George Golf Club is about 13 minutes out, putting a strong run of courses within an easy morning drive.

Three of the bedrooms are king suites, each with a smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom, which suits golfers who want a bed to themselves. Bunkroom 4 has a queen bed, an XL twin and two standard twins, plus its own TV and ensuite. For overflow, the loft has a full sleeper sofa, and two CordaRoy convertible beds (one full, one queen) and a Nintendo Wii are also on hand.

The main level is open, with a reclining sectional and leather seating in the living room, a white kitchen with a gas range and island seating, a coffee bar, and a dining table for the group. The garage is set up for friendly competition with table tennis, a basketball arcade and a poker table, and bucket golf is ready for a backyard putt-off.

The fenced backyard is where the evenings happen. A private seven-person hot tub sits beside a natural gas fire pit ringed by a large sectional, with string lights overhead. A covered patio adds an outdoor dining table and an outdoor TV, and a natural gas BBQ grill and lounge chairs round out the space. Every bedroom smart TV includes Hulu and Disney+.

Skyline Resort guests share a community pool, and pool floats, beach towels, a cooler and a foldable wagon are provided. Sand Hollow Reservoir and its dunes are close by, and several of Utah's national parks are within reach for a day off the course.
