Skyline 1690, known as Sand and Shenanigans, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in the Skyline Resort community of Washington, Utah. It sleeps up to 14 guests, room for three foursomes, and puts a group close to several popular courses: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have a king bed, which suits golfers who want their own space. The bunkroom holds a queen bed, an XL twin and two standard twins, and the upstairs loft adds a full sleeper sofa plus two convertible bean bag beds for overflow.

The main floor is an open great room with leather seating, a white kitchen with a gas range, island bar stools and a coffee bar, and a dining table for six. Upstairs, the loft has lounge seating, a TV and a Nintendo Wii. The garage has been turned into a recreation zone with table tennis, foosball, a basketball arcade, a Pac-Man arcade cabinet and a poker table, with bucket golf for some short-game fun.

The backyard is the post-round gathering spot: a private seven-person hot tub, a natural gas fire pit ringed by lounge seating, an egg chair and canopy daybed, a covered dining area with an outdoor TV, and a natural gas grill, all under string lights.

Skyline Resort guests share an outdoor community pool, pickleball courts, a playground, a covered pavilion and open lawns. Sand Hollow Reservoir and the dunes are close by for a day off the course.
