Skyline 1698

Skyline 1698 is a two-story townhome in the Skyline Resort community of Washington, Utah, built for groups that want to golf all day and gather at one house at night. It sleeps up to 16, which means four foursomes can share one base. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes, so a rotation of St. George area courses stays close.

The sleeping layout is four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and smart TV. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds plus two twin trundle beds. An upstairs loft adds a second lounge, and there is a powder room on the main level.

The main floor is open, with a large sectional living room, a white kitchen with a long island and stainless appliances, and a dining table with bench seating. Out back, the fenced yard has a covered patio with an outdoor TV and dining for six, a gas fire pit, a grill and a year-round heated swim spa under a lit pergola, a good spot to loosen up after a round. The garage doubles as a game zone with ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, a Pac-Man arcade table and an infrared sauna, and it also has an EV charger. A PlayStation 5 is on hand for downtime.

Skyline Resort shares a heated outdoor community pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, horseshoes, ping pong and a park with lawn games and a playground.

The home sits a few minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, with red rock hiking and Zion National Park within a day trip.
