St. George Golf Club is about 13 minutes out, so several of the area's best rounds are a short drive each morning.

The four bedrooms and 4.5 baths split the group well. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed and their own ensuite bath, and Bedroom 3 has two queen beds with an ensuite. The home sits in Skyline Resort (also marketed as Desert Blossom), a new community with a heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, a pavilion, a playground and two large lawns.

Off the course, Sand Hollow Reservoir, red-rock trails and off-road riding are minutes away, and Zion is within easy reach for a rest day.
