Skyline 1714, marketed as Crimson Falls, is a new four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the Skyline Resort community of Washington, Utah. It sleeps up to 16 guests, enough for four foursomes, and it sits in a strong spot for golf: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, Bedroom 3 has two full beds, and Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks plus two twin trundles. A half bath on the main floor serves guests during the day.

The main floor is an open great room with a big sectional, leather swivel chairs and a white kitchen with a gas range and bar seating at the island.
